  • How do I place an order?
    Feel free to use our online shopping cart, located throughout the site. We do not have a minimum order amount and you are welcome to order as little, or as much, as you want.
  • What are your policies for payment and shipping?
    We are happy to ship via UPS, UPS Express, Fed Ex or USPS. Damaged or Missing Orders: We are always happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within 10 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of items box and the labels. Please have this information ready for our Customer Experience Team when emailing us. If you chose to have a replacement sent to you, we will ship it to the original shipping address. BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS for shipping! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.
  • How long is it until my order ships?
    Orders placed before 9 am (PST) on weekdays ship that same day. Orders placed after 9 am (PST) will ship the following day. Orders placed in the weekends will always ship on Monday.
  • What is the payment option? Is it secure ordering?
    Secure Ordering & Payment Option: Both card input information and Paypal is secure. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.
  • What are your return and refund policies?
    We welcome returns within 10 days of purchase. We will gladly refund the product price for eligible items that are unused and are in sale-able condition. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. Shipping, including associated fees/duties/taxes, are at customer’s expense. Please mail returns to: Nat Nat Natural Returns (Insert Your Order Number) PO BOX 9164, Calabasas CA 91372. Please allow us 10-15 business days to process your return.
  • I have a store and am interested in selling your soaps. Is it possible to become a retail outlet for your NatNatNatural soaps products?
    Yes, we offer wholesale prices for approved stores. Please send your inquiry and company information to info@natnatnatural.com.
  • What is your privacy policy?
    Nat Nat Natural is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new products or special offers we think you'll find valuable.
  • Which soaps are best for dry skin, eczema, sensitive skin, etc?
    All our soaps are good for all these conditions since this product was based on the owner making this soap for her personal skin type: dry skin, sensitive skin and having eczema. **Disclaimer: We here at NatNatNatural Company do not intend to diagnose any skin conditions or offer that our soaps will "cure" any skin conditions. The causes of eczema (and other skin issues) are not completely known. We also do not intend to say that our products will CURE eczema. As far as we know, our soaps have only been known to help ease the symptoms and irritations caused by eczema – and in many cases make these symptoms disappear. Per our own experience, and per others that have used our soap (and their testimonies and reviews), we recommend trying it and seeing for yourself.
  • Are you RSPO certified?
    Yes, in keeping with our social and ethical responsibility goals, our palm oil supplier is a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), an organization that supports sustainable palm oil production.
