I was 13 years old with very sensitive skin and eczema. I discovered eczema is very common, and in most cases, manageable. In fact, over 30 million Americans have eczema.  

 

I was only able to use baby products because of my sensitive skin. I was a teenager and didn't want to use baby soaps. 

 

I researched soaps and was shocked to discover that the soaps we had been using were contributing to my dry skin. Our bodies’ largest organ is our skin, and what we put on our skin goes directly into our bloodstream. It's important to know what your skin is absorbing. 

 

The main ingredient in soaps are chemicals, alcohol, preservatives, fillers and fragrances. Studies have shown they cause birth defects and cancer.
